We performed a targeted roof repair on this Delray Beach residence to address persistent leaks and interior water damage. Our team carefully removed sections of the terra cotta tile roof to inspect the underlying structure and identify failing components along the roof-to-wall transitions. We replaced corroded copper flashing and installed a high-performance Boral self-adhering waterproof underlayment as a secondary water barrier. Specialized roofing mastic and sealants were then applied to the chimney base and valleys to create a durable, watertight seal against the stucco exterior. These detailed repairs successfully restored the roof's functionality and prevented further moisture intrusion.
