We completed a full residential roof replacement for this two-story home in Coconut Creek. Our team removed the aged, weathered clay tiles and performed a comprehensive inspection of the roof deck and attic structure. We reinforced the wood framing with galvanized steel hurricane ties and metal strapping to ensure the home meets modern wind-load requirements. For the new installation, we utilized Westlake Royal TileSeal HT as a secondary water barrier over new plywood decking for superior leak protection. The project featured multi-toned concrete barrel tiles and new white fascia boards to enhance the home’s exterior aesthetic. This upgrade provides the homeowners with long-lasting durability and significantly improved storm resistance.
