Concrete Tile Roof and Fascia Board Repair in Boca Raton
We completed a targeted exterior restoration project for this residential property in Boca Raton to address wood rot and drainage issues. Our team identified and replaced deteriorated 1.5-inch by 6-inch fascia boards and structural wood decking along the roofline that had succumbed to moisture damage. We also performed localized repairs to the concrete tile roof, ensuring all transitions were properly sealed and watertight. To improve the home's moisture management, we cleared debris from the existing gutter system and reinforced the corner seams. The project concluded with the application of grey granule-surfaced roofing membrane over the repaired areas for long-term durability. These repairs restored the structural integrity of the eaves and protected the building envelope from further decay.
