We addressed a persistent roof leak that had caused visible water staining on the interior ceiling. Our team performed a comprehensive inspection of the attic and roof surface to identify the exact entry point. We removed the existing concrete tiles and stripped away compromised underlayment to expose the roof deck. Throughout the process, we documented significant decay in the structural wood that required immediate attention. We replaced the damaged plywood sheathing to restore the structural integrity of the roof system. To ensure a long-lasting, watertight seal, we installed Westlake Royal TileSeal HT underlayment and applied professional-grade roofing mastic around critical transition areas. Finally, we expertly reinstalled the gray concrete tiles, restoring the roof's original appearance and ensuring it is fully protected against the elements.
