We performed a comprehensive concrete tile roof repair and fascia restoration for this residential property in Deerfield Beach. Our team addressed significant water intrusion issues by removing damaged concrete tiles to expose and inspect the underlying structure. We identified and replaced several sections of rotted plywood roof sheathing and deteriorating fascia boards that had compromised the roof's integrity. After repairing the structural decking, we installed high-performance synthetic underlayment and applied specialized mastic sealant to ensure a watertight seal. We then carefully reset the existing concrete tiles and integrated matching replacement tiles where necessary to restore the roof's original profile. This project successfully resolved active attic leaks and reinforced the home's exterior against future moisture damage.
