We performed a targeted tile roof repair to address active water intrusion identified in the attic and interior ceilings of this residence. Our team inspected the roof valleys and flashing transitions, removing sections of concrete tiles to expose damaged underlayment and compromised plywood decking. We cleared debris and old adhesives to prepare the surface for structural reinforcements. To ensure a watertight seal, we installed new synthetic underlayment and applied high-grade mastic around critical flashing points. The repair addressed moisture entry near the eaves and vertical wall junctions where original materials had degraded over time. These focused improvements restored the roof's protective barrier and stopped further water damage to the interior drywall.
