We performed a comprehensive tile roof repair on this two-story townhouse in Pembroke Pines to address active leaking and water intrusion. Our team identified several compromised sections where concrete tiles were missing or damaged, directly exposing the underlying asphalt membrane. We also inspected the interior attic space to pinpoint moisture entry points indicated by ceiling stains and wooden structural discoloration. The repair involved replacing missing tan S-curved concrete tiles and applying fresh sealant to weathered mastic joints and seams. We reinforced the existing underlayment and ensured all roof vents were properly sealed to prevent future moisture penetration. This targeted maintenance restored the roof's integrity and protected the residence from further interior damage.
