We performed a targeted roof repair on this two-story residence in Wellington. Our team addressed an area of water damage where the concrete tile roof met the fascia and gutter line. We removed the existing tiles to expose the underlying plywood sheathing and identified significant wood rot. We replaced the damaged plywood sections and reinforced the area around the gutter and fascia board to prevent future leaks. After securing the new sheathing, we reinstalled the concrete tiles to ensure a seamless match with the original roof. This repair restored the structural integrity of the roof deck and protected the stucco exterior from potential water intrusion.
