We completed a detailed roof restoration for this Wellington home, specifically targeting leaks that had caused visible water staining and wood rot. Our team removed sections of the existing concrete tiles to replace damaged plywood sheathing and reinforced the structural integrity of the roof deck. We also addressed exterior issues by repairing missing fascia boards and damaged soffit vents to ensure the entire system was properly sealed. To provide long-term protection, we installed a TileSeal HT secondary water barrier before re-laying the tiles and integrating them with the home's flat roof sections. We also updated the drainage system with new downspouts and ensured all transitions between roof planes were completely watertight. This project restored the roof’s performance while maintaining the property’s stone and stucco aesthetic.
