We completed a targeted roof repair and exterior maintenance project on a single-story residence in Deerfield Beach. Our team focused on addressing specific sections of the white concrete tile roof where tiles needed removal to inspect and secure the underlying water barrier. We also identified and remediated significant wood decay and weathering found on the fascia boards at the roof's corner joints.
