We completed a comprehensive tile roof replacement for this single-story residence in Boca Raton. Our team stripped the existing roofing material to inspect the deck, where we performed necessary structural repairs to the plywood and smooth pine fascia boards. We ensured the building envelope was fully protected throughout the construction process before proceeding with the new installation. We installed a Polyglass Polystick TU MAX self-adhering underlayment to provide a robust secondary water barrier across the entire roof surface. For the final layer, we applied tan concrete barrel tiles and finished the hip and ridge sections with secure white mortar bedding. This new system offers enhanced durability and superior moisture protection against the Florida elements.
