We addressed a persistent leak on a flat roof section of this Hollywood residence. Our team inspected the damaged membrane, which was experiencing significant water pooling, and examined the underlying wooden structure for moisture damage. We performed necessary repairs to the flashing and transition areas between the flat roof and the existing concrete tiles. After preparing the substrate, we applied a durable white silicone roof coating to create a seamless, waterproof barrier. This new membrane specifically addresses the drainage issues and prevents future standing water from compromising the structure. The finished project provides long-term protection while maintaining the integrity of the home's primary tile roof system.
