We completed a comprehensive flat roof repair and membrane installation for this residential property. The existing mineral-surfaced roof had significant cracking and wear, which had begun to impact the interior ceiling and electrical housing. Our team addressed these vulnerabilities by sealing the flat roof transitions and reinforcing the area where the low-slope surface abuts the shingled roof section. To ensure a watertight seal, we applied roofing mastic around all vent pipes and seams before installing a durable white membrane system. We also cleared debris from the gutter systems and verified that all new flashing was properly integrated. This updated roofing surface provides improved thermal reflection and long-term protection against the elements.
