We completed a comprehensive flat roof replacement and structural repair for this residence in Margate. Our team removed the failing roofing material to address significant water pooling and debris accumulation on the flat sections. We also performed necessary fascia and soffit repairs to ensure the perimeter of the structure was fully secured and prepared for the new installation. Throughout the process, we replaced damaged plywood sheathing and installed fresh pressure-treated lumber to restore the integrity of the roof deck. We applied high-performance synthetic underlayment and integrated a new modified bitumen surface with the existing metal roofing. This updated system provides a reliable, watertight seal and improved drainage for the home and its adjacent screen enclosure.
