We completed a comprehensive tile roof replacement for this residential home in Boca Raton. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing weathered concrete tiles and inspected the underlying structure for damage. We replaced sections of compromised plywood sheathing and installed new cedar fascia to ensure a solid foundation for the new roof system. To provide superior protection against the elements, we applied a Westlake Royal TileSeal HT secondary water barrier across the entire roof deck. We then installed new dark charcoal concrete tiles, meticulously finishing the ridges and hips for a clean and durable result. This project also included refreshing the stone paver walkway with a herringbone pattern to match the home's updated exterior.
