We completed a targeted residential repair project in Royal Palm Beach to address interior water damage caused by a roof leak. After identifying a large water stain on the ceiling, we removed the existing dark grey asphalt shingles and black underlayment to inspect the underlying structure. We replaced a section of compromised plywood sheathing before installing new underlayment and matching shingles to ensure a watertight seal around the roof ventilation.
