We completed a full residential roof replacement for a home in Boynton Beach. Our team stripped the existing roofing materials down to the wooden sheathing to ensure a solid foundation for the new system. During the process, we identified and repaired several sections of rotted wood decking and structural gaps to restore the integrity of the roof deck. After preparing the surface, we installed a high-quality secondary water barrier and secured it with white fastener caps for maximum moisture protection. We then installed CertainTeed Landmark asphalt shingles along with updated aluminum gutters and fascia boards to improve drainage. This comprehensive update ensures long-lasting durability and improved weather resistance for the property.
