We performed a comprehensive roof repair to address significant moisture intrusion discovered in the attic. Our team removed damaged tiles and stripped back deteriorated plywood sheathing to expose the underlying structure and compromised framing. We replaced the water-stained decking and reinforced the roof trusses where localized rot had begun to occur. We installed new plywood sheathing and integrated professional-grade flashing around the chimney transition to ensure a watertight seal.
