We completed a comprehensive exterior restoration and roof repair project for this two-story brick residence in Coral Springs. Our team addressed critical maintenance needs by replacing cracked gray concrete roof tiles and repairing the structural integrity of the chimney stack. We also focused on the balcony and flat roof areas to ensure long-term waterproofing and structural safety. We installed a new white concrete crown on the chimney and secured the clay flue with protective mesh to prevent leaks and debris entry. The balcony area was further enhanced with the installation of UltraShield composite deck tiles and new end caps for the white aluminum railings. These improvements restored the home's aesthetic appeal while providing superior weather protection and functional outdoor space.
