We completed a comprehensive tile roof repair on this residential property in Parkland, specifically targeting areas of moisture intrusion and structural decay. Our team identified rotted plywood decking and deteriorated trusses, which required immediate intervention to restore the home's structural integrity. We performed structural sistering on the damaged trusses and replaced several sections of the roof deck to create a solid foundation for the new roofing system. To ensure long-term durability, we installed a high-temperature secondary water barrier and integrated new metal flashing around the stucco chimney. We then carefully reinstalled the terracotta barrel tiles, replacing any cracked or broken pieces to perfectly match the existing roofline. This restoration addressed active leaks and fortified the entire roof against future weather events. The finished work provides a watertight seal while maintaining the aesthetic character of the home.
