We completed a series of essential maintenance and building envelope repairs for this modern three-story residence in Delray Beach. Our work focused on identifying and resolving potential water intrusion points across the flat roof system and the exterior stucco walls. We performed precision TPO membrane patching to address punctures and secured flashing transitions to ensure a watertight seal.
