We completed a multifaceted exterior renovation in West Palm Beach, focusing on roofing repairs and hardscape improvements. Our team addressed damaged terracotta tiles on the pitched roof while performing a full replacement of the flat roofing sections using a modified bitumen membrane system. The scope included replacing compromised plywood decking and installing new flashing to ensure a watertight transition between roof levels. Additionally, we installed a custom travertine paver driveway and walkway in a herringbone pattern, bordered by decorative river rock for a clean, modern finish. This comprehensive update restored the structural integrity of the home while significantly enhancing its exterior functionality and curb appeal.
