We completed a full roof replacement on this single-story home in The Woodlands, TX, starting with the complete removal of the existing asphalt shingles. Once the deck was cleared, we installed GAF Tiger Paw synthetic underlayment across the entire multi-gabled surface and added metal drip edge flashing to ensure superior moisture protection. Our team carefully staged new shingle bundles to prepare for the final installation phase. Throughout the project, we prioritized property protection by using large tarps to shield the swimming pool, patio, and manicured landscaping from debris. We worked efficiently across the multi-pitched roof to provide a durable and long-lasting roofing system.
