Residential Roof Replacement using 24 GA Double-Lock - Matte Black
Some stories take years to come full circle — this one took eight. And it serves as a powerful reminder that doing right by people always finds its way back. Back in 2017, Jacob's customer Richard asked him to meet State Farm on his roof to assess hail damage. The adjuster who came out that day didn’t see enough to justify a replacement, and since Richard didn’t want to escalate the claim, nothing moved forward — and everyone went their separate ways. Fast-forward eight years when a raccoon broke into Richard’s attic, prompting ABC Home Services to come out for an inspection. They told him the roof was in rough shape and needed at least some repairs. Richard reached out and the first thing he said was: “Jake, you’ve helped me so many times. You fixed my mom’s bay window sunroom back in 2022, you’ve patched my roof, and you’ve never charged me. I want to pay you something this time.” A team member, Andy, was sent out for an inspection. Sure enough, it wasn’t just raccoon damage. There was significant hail damage, and Andy felt confident that this time the claim could be approved. State Farm sent an adjuster the team had worked with many times before - someone fair, sharp, and thorough. Having the right person on-site, combined with solid documentation and experience, made all the difference! The team secured full approval for a brand-new roof and gutters. Richard noted, “If we’re doing it, I want it done right so I never have to mess with this again.” They discussed upgrades, and Richard chose a stunning matte black standing seam metal roof. While they were at it, he decided on a complete exterior refresh which included a full house repaint, a new color scheme, and new black gutters to tie everything together!
