Residential Roof Replacement using GAF - HDZ - Barkwood
Some projects aren’t quick wins, but they’re the ones that matter most. Jason reached out after his roof was damaged in a 2023 storm. After filing his claim, he was partially denied, and for a long time, the process just… stalled. No clear path forward, no momentum, and a lot of unanswered questions. Action stepped in, with Project Manager Brian Hall coordinating the work on-site in Georgetown, TX. So far, we’ve completed the guest house and shed, while continuing to push forward on the main dwelling, which is still in litigation. It hasn’t been simple. Getting traction required updated documentation, new photos of damage to the metal roof, and persistent follow-up just to get a second inspection on the books. From there, the situation evolved—and we’re now actively working through the legal process to see this through properly! Even with the complexity, the most important part is this: Jason and his girlfriend are relieved and excited to finally see progress on a claim that sat untouched for far too long. This project also stood out to Brian on a personal level. During check-ins, conversations often drifted into shared stories, countries traveled, places lived, and memories that made each call feel less like “business” and more like catching up with friends.
