It’s amazing what can come from one simple Facebook video. After Jacob posted a quick project update, he got a message from a friend’s dad out in Liberty Hill, Mr. Mitchell. His roof was worn out, had a mix of old and new storm damage, aging siding, issues on the low-slope section… it was time. Rick filed a claim with State Farm, and after some back and forth (and a reinspection), we were able to get everything approved correctly. From there, we got to work: ✔️ Full roof replacement with GAF Timberline HDZ Class 3 impact-resistant shingles (helping lower premiums for years to come) ✔️ Modified bitumen system on the low-slope section ✔️ All new siding — upgraded to Hardie so he never has to worry about rot again ✔️ Replaced rotten fascia ✔️ Coordinated roofing, siding, painting, electrical, custom flashings, satellite removal, and meter mast work "Multiple trades.
