Residential Roof Replacement using GAF - HDZ - Weathered Wood
Chelsea's 2002 roof was ready for retirement. With her insurance premiums increasing year after year and her deductible about to jump, she figured it was time to see what kind of shape her roof was in. When the Jake arrived, it didn’t take long to find the hail damage. Chelsea’s home had been right in the path of a storm that had rolled through a while back. After documenting everything and meeting with her adjuster, they worked closely with Traveler’s Insurance to get the roof, gutters, and several other repairs approved - including flashings, siding at the chimney, paint, front doors, and garage doors. Because we were present for the adjuster meeting, a few items that might have been overlooked were caught and added to the claim. In the end, everything came together beautifully. Chelsea couldn’t stop smiling when she saw the finished work, and that kind of satisfaction is what makes the job worthwhile. There’s something special about helping a friend, making the process smooth, and delivering professional quality from start to finish.
