Another denial overturned! Remember that massive storm that hit Georgetown in 2023? Well, Randy and Josh have a few things to say about it. Randy’s carrier denied the roof right off the bat, even with holes in the shingles and collateral damage to the fence, shed, and windows. Our project manager, Josh Stanek, educated Randy on how the appraisal process works along with noting his success with other customers and helped Randy send a demand letter. After a long back-and-forth, the roof and all collateral damage were finally approved for full replacement!
