Residential Roof Replacement using Owens Corning - Duration - Colonial Slate

This residential roof replacement was necessitated by hail damage in Lampasas, TX. Our team installed a new roof with a synthetic underlayment for added durability and longevity. During the project, we identified and resolved a ventilation issue that was caused by mixing different exhaust vents. The new roof now features a ridge vent system, which is more than sufficient to keep the attic well-ventilated. Overall, this project not only restored the roof's appearance and function, but also improved its long-term performance and efficiency.
