Blake's Town Creek townhome had been dealing with a persistent leak for years, traced back to the original builder's installation. No patch was going to fix it. After a thorough on-site investigation, our team determined a full roof replacement was the right call. Once the existing roof was removed, we rebuilt the flashing system around the roof penetrations at the source of the problem and upgraded the system to a TAMKO StormFighter Class 4 impact-resistant shingle, carefully matched to the surrounding Town Creek condominium community. With a four-story townhome, logistics were a project in themselves. Every bundle of shingles and piece of debris moved by crane. We coordinated with our supplier, managed traffic control, and worked alongside the HOA and residents to keep disruption to a minimum. We also had franchise trainees visiting from Philadelphia for hands-on training at our Austin headquarters — they got a front-row seat to what it looks like to solve a complex roofing problem the right way.
