When Abe stopped by to check out the transformation, he was pleasantly surprised: a brand-new roof, fresh exterior paint, and a full interior remodel. As we caught up, we learned Abe is a project manager at Texas Construction & Design. He had a project that needed a roofing bid. While our quote initially came in a bit higher than his other subcontractors, it quickly became clear: the subs didn’t have the proper insurance to protect the project. After a few adjustments to fit his budget, we were ready to go. We ended up doing an outstanding job on what’s now the LaPine residence in Austin: reframing areas with rot, building up a few dead valleys, and installing a standout Tamko Titan roof in Rustic Slate.
