We installed this gorgeous Claymex Half Barrel clay tile roof back in 2013. Jacob stopped by earlier this year just to see how she's holding up 13 years later. Spoiler: still turning heads out on the lake. This project was originally scoped as a repair, but thorough damage documentation and a clearly defined scope of work revealed the full extent of what was needed — ultimately resulting in a complete roof replacement across the home and boathouse. The right materials, installed correctly, speak for themselves over time. 13 years of Texas sun, storms, and lake life out in Kingsland, and this roof still looks incredible.
