We performed a comprehensive mechanical diagnostic and repair on an Aquaterra hot tub in El Cajon. Our team accessed the internal equipment compartment to inspect the pump motor, heater assembly, and electrical control system. We focused on resolving issues within the Watkins manufacturing components to restore full functionality to the spa. The project involved servicing the Century pump motor and installing a new Gecko IN.YJ-3 control box and Heat Wav heating element. We also inspected the white PVC plumbing and ozone generator to ensure there were no leaks or obstructions within the system. After completing the repairs and verifying part dimensions, we filled the tub to confirm the filtration and heating cycles were operating correctly.
