We performed a comprehensive mechanical and electrical repair on a residential hot tub in San Diego. Our team diagnosed issues with the heating system and the main motor to restore full functionality to the unit. We replaced the Balboa M7 heater assembly and inspected the control box to ensure all electrical components were operating within safe parameters. During the service, we installed new GE Commercial Motors components and replaced the pleated filter cartridges to improve water clarity and flow. We verified the repair using a digital clamp meter to confirm a steady 16.24 Amps AC through the heating circuit.
