We completed a multi-scope exterior renovation for this home in Kirkwood, focusing on a full roof replacement and targeted siding repairs. Our team removed the existing worn shingles and installed new, dark architectural asphalt shingles across the entire gabled roof system. We also performed detailed repairs on the tan vinyl siding to address cracks and physical damage, ensuring a seamless match with the original exterior. Beyond the roofing and siding, we updated the gutter and downspout systems to improve water management and protect the foundation. We carefully matched the color of the replacement siding panels and addressed issues with the soffit and fascia. This project significantly enhanced the home’s protection against the elements while restoring its clean, finished appearance.
