We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation for this home in Kirkwood, addressing both the aging roof and damaged siding. Our team removed the old, discolored asphalt shingles and performed a full roof replacement to ensure long-term protection. We also inspected the exterior walls to identify and repair sections of cracked and punctured vinyl siding. For the new roofing system, we installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in a refined gray tone, utilizing GAF FeltBuster underlayment for enhanced moisture resistance. We coordinated the siding repairs using matching clay-toned panels to restore the home's cohesive look and weather-tight seal. The project was finished with the installation of a new white gutter and downspout system to improve drainage and prevent future water damage.
