We performed a comprehensive roof replacement and masonry restoration for a multi-family apartment building in St. Louis. Our team stripped the weathered flat roof surfaces down to the decking, addressing structural wood rot and repairing the underlying foundation before installing a new system. We carefully integrated the large flat roof sections with existing sloped shingle transitions and brick masonry to ensure a completely watertight seal. We installed a high-reflectivity TPO membrane across the rooftop and performed extensive repairs to several deteriorating brick chimneys. This restoration included patching cracked concrete caps, replacing spalled bricks, and applying specialized white sealant to the chimney bases and parapet walls. We concluded the project by resetting all HVAC units and satellite dishes onto stable new mounts to ensure long-term durability and proper drainage for the entire building.
