The shingles on this property are approximately 19 years old. With our aerial roof inspection we detected shingles were losing adhesion causing some to be blown off by wind. We color matched and replaced the missing shingles and rejuvenated the roof restoring the original color, reactivating the adhesive strips under the shingles, and extending the life for approximately 80% less cost than a full roof replacement.
