We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story brick home in Denver. Our team removed the aged, deteriorating asphalt shingles and addressed underlying structural issues by replacing damaged roof decking with new plywood sheathing. We focused on securing the entire envelope, from the main slopes to the critical transition points around the chimney and eaves. To ensure long-term durability, we installed high-quality Malarkey Secure Start Plus synthetic underlayment and architectural asphalt shingles.
