We completed a full residential roof replacement on this two-story Highlands Ranch home. Our crew performed a comprehensive tear-off to inspect the decking before preparing the surface for high-performance materials. We installed Malarkey Vista AR architectural shingles over Malarkey Arctic Seal Ice & Water barrier along with Secure Start Plus synthetic underlayment for enhanced durability. To ensure a watertight seal, we replaced all roof vents, plumbing boots, and flashing around critical penetration points. We also carefully integrated the new roofing system with existing solar panel mounting hardware and conduits.
