We performed a full roof replacement on this split-level residence in Littleton. The project involved stripping the old, weathered shingles down to the plywood decking and installing high-performance underlayment. We also addressed specific low-slope sections with a durable gray membrane system to ensure a watertight seal across different roof pitches. For the main roof surfaces, we installed architectural asphalt shingles paired with new white metal drip edges and black louvered vents. We replaced all plumbing stack boots and updated the metal flashing at the brick chimney and wall transitions. These improvements provide long-term protection against the elements while modernizing the home's exterior.
