We completed a full roof replacement on this two-story residential property in Parker to address significant wear and hail damage. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the old materials, revealing areas where the roof deck and underlayment had been compromised near vents and valleys. We replaced damaged OSB sheathing and reinforced the structure to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system.
