We completed a full roof replacement on this Englewood residence, addressing both steeply pitched surfaces and flat roof sections. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the weathered asphalt shingles and degraded underlayment to inspect the wooden deck beneath. We identified and repaired damaged fascia and drip edges to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system. For the pitched areas, we installed Malarkey Secure Start Plus synthetic underlayment topped with high-performance architectural shingles. The flat roof sections received a durable black membrane with updated flashing at the transition points to ensure a watertight seal. We finished the project by installing new white aluminum gutters and downspouts along with modern static vents and plumbing boots for improved ventilation and drainage.
