We completed a comprehensive residential re-roofing project in Boca Raton, addressing both sloped gabled sections and flat roof surfaces. Our team performed a full teardown to the plywood deck, where we identified and replaced deteriorated wood fascia and rotted eaves. We then secured the structure with high-performance synthetic underlayment and reinforced the deck with specialized roofing caps to ensure a watertight seal.
