We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Margate, addressing both pitched and flat roof surfaces. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the existing asphalt shingles and stripped the surfaces down to the original decking. We replaced several sections of damaged plywood and OSB sheathing to ensure a structural foundation before applying high-performance Polyglass and Owens Corning underlayment systems. The project concluded with the installation of durable gray architectural shingles and a specialized membrane for the low-slope sections. We ensured site cleanliness by utilizing protective tarping to safeguard the surrounding lawn and landscaping throughout the renovation.
