We completed a comprehensive residential re-roofing project for this single-story home in Boca Raton. Our team removed the existing damaged roofing material, exposing the plywood decking to inspect for structural integrity. During the process, we identified and replaced deteriorated wood roof decking and rafters to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system. To provide superior moisture protection, we installed high-performance synthetic underlayment before laying the new architectural asphalt shingles. Throughout the project, we utilized extensive property protection, including heavy-duty tarps and plywood covers for landscaping and HVAC units, to maintain a clean and safe job site.
