We completed a comprehensive flat roof installation for a commercial office building in Miami Beach. Our team performed structural work including the replacement of wood decking and the installation of rigid foam insulation boards to improve thermal performance. We utilized high-performance materials like Grace Ice and Water Shield HT underlayment and USG Securock roof boards for maximum moisture protection and durability. The project concluded with the application of a white single-ply membrane and new flashing along the parapet walls to ensure a watertight finish.
