We completed a comprehensive commercial flat roof installation for a prominent retail property in the Kendall area. Our team prepared the structural plywood substrate and installed a high-performance TPO membrane system to ensure absolute waterproofing across the entire surface. We focused on the rigorous integration of all technical components, from the initial sheathing to the final sealing of the parapet edges. To ensure a flat and durable surface, we utilized USG Securock gypsum-fiber roof boards over the subfloor. The project featured precision flashing around multiple skylights and the installation of central roof drains with secondary drainage components to manage heavy rainfall. These improvements significantly enhanced the building’s thermal protection and structural resilience for years to come.
