We performed a comprehensive commercial roof replacement at the Caribbean Catering Services facility in Doral. Our team removed failing layers of weathered membrane and addressed significant cracking and separation at the parapet walls and flashing. We prioritized a complete overhaul to eliminate existing leaks and structural damage visible within the warehouse interior. We installed a multi-layered modified bitumen system, utilizing heat-welding techniques to ensure seamless, watertight protection. The scope included cleaning and resealing all roof-to-wall transitions, installing new metal flashing, and securing the perimeter against the concrete parapet walls. This new roofing system provides the facility with long-term durability and protects its industrial inventory from the elements.
