We completed a specialized commercial roofing project focused on flat membrane installation and comprehensive tile roof maintenance. Our crew installed a new white synthetic roofing membrane across flat sections and meticulously integrated it with the building’s traditional clay barrel tile slopes. We also performed critical repairs to parapet walls and transition flashings to address structural cracks and prevent moisture intrusion. Using mechanical fasteners and heat-welded seams, we secured a durable, weather-resistant surface designed for the coastal Florida climate. The scope included replacing damaged plywood decking and applying high-grade sealants at all vertical wall junctions and stucco corners. This combination of new membrane technology and traditional tile repair restored the facility's roof to peak functional condition.
